How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Somewhatodd Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Somewhatodd Pest Control went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Somewhatodd Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.
How to File
Email contact@somewhatodd.lat. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
